By using Counterly you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service

Counterly provides software to assist with countertop takeoff and estimation. Output requires human review before use in fabrication, purchasing, or client quotes.

Accounts and billing

You are responsible for account credentials and authorized use. Paid plans bill per the pricing page unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.

Limitation of liability

Counterly is provided as-is to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for verifying takeoff output before production and client commitments.
